Our apartments at Gladbachstrasse No. 6 and No. 8

Access

The apartments are located in two adjoining buildings at Gladbachstrasse 6 and 8 in 8006 Zurich.
Both buildings have a separate entrance with an electronic access system. Enter your access code, which you received from us after your booking, at the entrance doors to gain access. Repeat the process at the door to your apartment.

Furnishing and equipment

All apartments are furnished and fully equipped. The eat-in kitchens offer everything your heart desires:

A glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven/microwave and fridge. And, of course, everything from porcelain tableware to teaspoons

In the apartments at House No. 8, you will also benefit from a modern, trendy case kitchen

Your valuables and laptop will be properly secure in the apartment safe

The living room and bedroom are equipped with a comfortable boxspring double bed, built-in cupboards, armchair or couch, office desk and flat-screen TV

The bathrooms possess wellness showers with plenty of room, terry towels and hair-dryer

Also provided are hand soap in a practical dispenser, shower gel, Nescafé sticks, duty rubbish sacks as well as washing-up liquid and kitchen towels, weekly served

General information

For bookings up to and including 60 days, the total amount is due when making the booking. For bookings longer than 60 days, you can pay in advance on a monthly basis
When paying by bank transfer, the booking amount must be paid within ten days of making the booking for the booking to be confirmed
The security deposit is CHF 900. This will be invoiced to you. It will be refunded to you within five days of your departure
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available for occupation from 4 pm
On the day of departure, we request that you leave your apartment by 10 am
On request, we can pick you up from the central station or airport, Price CHF 30 / CHF 50
On request, we can offer you a cleaning of your Apartment with bed linen and bath linen change, Price CHF 80
